Someone Please Explain

So the SP tanked from $3+ when the market relaized its fund raising efforts running into trouble.
Then, they complete the palcements with decent and broad insider participation and the SP is still languishing. What am I missing here?

They still need funds. They need to start another fundraiser right now. They should have cash for a year on hand at all times as a minimum. A real CEO would understand this and would make it happen. We still have the same unqualified CEO to run a public stock trading company. The CEO can move to CTO. The current CFO? He has to do what the CEO tells him to do. So, if a real CEO wants to keep him ...more

Market realizes that their bandaid financing won't get them very far.The US raise, has long been smoked by now. They most likely have 2-3 months W/C after paying off approx 2.5 Mill in  current debt.Their financing problems can only get worse from here, unlless they  pull a  fat hare out of the hat and secure 20-30 Mill to get them through the next 12-18 months. Hopefully the SP ...more

Thanks for induling me. It was a rhetorical question. There is a slow rot smell developing here. The competitive landscape is fast changing and POET needs to continue developing to stay relevant and yet here we are.......needing funds just to pay salaries and rent let alone R&D. PTK has a marketcap of $86 mil. Total float at 47,661,133  MC too high? Float has room to grow? I would not ...more

50% of SPX was sold for $25M US......Sell another 25% for $15M US....or get Celestial to lend them some damn funds ($10M US) to be repaid with delivery of product

loans are a short cut to the belly up scenario. that would be the absolute last and least option. with all the apparent NDA's nobody can tell what SPX is worth, of course if there are no NDA's its simply woth nothing.

OK. I would go for a strategic investment by a company such as Arista. Where they can lend their management to Poet. That would be great.
