Celestial has the "magic chip" and Poet has the Interposer to integrate the magic chip. Recognition of this probably follows a market realization order of supply chain logic where Nvidia is first, Celestial is second and Poet is a very important third. So the news first goes to the first two companies and then the market catches up to Poet. Similar things have happened in the dot com era
