If your Bridge loan does not get any follow up, it was a bridge to nowhere.

Clearly the financing was insufficient to last 12-24 months. Calling a loan a bridge does not imply you got the next leg lined up. Esp. not if there is no mention of the next leg.

The only question now is whether Poet has the cash to hold an AGM to vote down the repricing of the options. And to vote down whatever else needs voting down.

They used to call the gadgets production ready too. These guys have a very special dictionary. We lay people are unable to decipher.

If they have Products that are production ready,then they must be well into  heavy volume production, filling all those orders for the many customers,that they boast to have..?? Hopefully they have the manufacturing capacity and they don't fall far behind.. The fact that they are wanting to reprice their already cheap 2.60 options, tells how much confidence they have in future Stock price

Wasn't Poet's messsage really more about giving their hard-working employees or the ability to retain them by giving them (through options) an earlier choice at participating in
