Obviously no revenue on the horizon.
They anticipate this offering will go towards working capital for expansion and other corporate purposes..thats funny. The expansion NR was a convenient way to cushion the crowd on further dillution.
Expansion? this was offering solely for "other corporate purposes", which is basically another payroll runway extension for our elite mgmt team.
Have they no shame?

Even if they had orders they would need to raise cash for working capital for materials, labor accounts receivables. Big one inventory. You think no sales is a problem? The real problems only show up after receiving orders.
