Zacks forecasts revenue for Poet for 2025 and 2026 of $5M US and $40M US. It also forecasts revenue for SPX for 2025 and 2026 of $2.5M US and $25 M US.  Now analyst must update Poet revenues. The other analysts will have to update their revenue forecasts too.

Sounds like no 100g, 200g OEs will be made or sold. No wonder the foot dragging.  SPX was between a rock and a hard place due to contract limitations and taking them over during a position of weakness was a strategic move.  They are now free to do Poet's bidding for non legacy products.

Nice stick handling.  The recent newsreleases mention nowhere about three years of testing with the various collaborators.  Show me where it says that.  The manufacting facilities are not being constructed to manufacture samples but for mass production.

How many years of testing? Its not like a McDonalds drive in like of give me a 800G Big Mack. How long does it take to test this stuff? If you are asking me, you don't know. If you don't know you cannot have sales expectations. Because you are just making stuff up, just to fit your hope and dreams. Nothing based on facts. Fe do you know whether Poet is still selling 100G, 200G or 400G

Well what you worried about fiance then for if they can simply cancel it anyway and use the ATM. Don't half cause a fuss over nothing. There is lots of options open to poet. Personally cancelling like you say would be my preferred option.SW

There will be financings. If things keep on going on track. With or without warrants. If it is without warrants you simply need more financings. More important for Poet to deliver the goods and financings will take care of themselves. If things go off the rails, you still need financings, but then it is not a good thing anymore. A scenario you want to avoid.

If all recent developments are as they claim to be ,then I don't see them having a problem raising the additional 25 Mill at a more reasonable price.JMSO

This Poet BB has a beautifull ignore button if you don't need lessons from the past, if you prefer lessons from the future fe. Any insight on what happened to the Legacy SPX products and or customers. That(SPX) was a most exciting plan. I thought Sanan would give credibility to Poet. Time flies. If you have to test
