what do you mean a scam? just becuase they can never sell anything but their own shares, finance everything with paper offerings, never follow through with any predictions, pay useless marketing firms to not market the company, have management always sell at the high and finance at the low, pivot to whateve is hot in the industrry but cant deliver to accomodate what is needed in the industry...no

It's so apparrent that the SP is being manipulated to allow the closing of the financing.. On the bright side ,this POS is a traders dream..even a child can make money on the Swing..lol

As a further update to the Corporation’s public offering announced on December 12, 2024, POET is pleased to confirm that the US$25 million offering has been fully subscribed by a single institutional investor. The closing of that offering is now expected to take place after completion of the SPX acquisition described above.

Well!! we all know how much weight management's word carries,don't we?
