Some guud coin to be made on the right side of the flip..
Why they didn't wait to do the financing till after the globtrincs announcement, is beyond me..surely ,they would have known,or is management really that incompetent?
Its not that there was any dire urgency for the funds..

I'm not Nostradamus but I predict that we'll have a Monday newrelease before the market opens with the pp closing.  Bought more at $7.20
