I have seen stocks reinstated after being halted or suspended, but I have never seen a stock reinstated after being classifying as DEFUNCT (source stockwatch).

Emile don`t you mean what a manufactured mess we are in? That any BoD cannot get financials signed off by competent persons beggars belief. The same financials we were told that would be signed off and back to trading by end of month in April I recall. You should be preparing for a law suit against this company something is very very wrong. As things stand just now any thoughts of shareholders
