My bet is

They will delist before January 2018 , if they do we should seriously consider a class action against the current BoD .

Oui, tous ceux actuels et passs, y compris deux noms Ivano DeCotiis et Tyrone Daum.

To the best of my knowledge Ceiba neither Mr De Coitis or Mr Daum have been in control of or have made company policy , this lies squarely at the door of Messrs Gorrel and Chan and their IMHO  doing their utmost to reduce PTR`s stake in what they thought was going to be a very lucrative project. Shuffling shares between companies and all to their own benefit , not IMHO to the benefit of PTR`s ...more

EasyOasy, we would still be trading if not for those clowns that made preposterous claims, fight amongst themselves over money and hitting each with fists and hole puncher.  One even created a webpage in the other person’s name, fullname.ca.  Well, maybe one of these will end up in jail following today's court hearing.  So, are we getting an AGM this year?  ...more

Get your facts right Ceiba, by the companies own admission we were suspended because the incumbent BoD (Gorrel et al) failed to file the financials for PTR as required by the TSX. They then told shareholders they would get the financials signed off and would be back trading at the end of April, this company could have been back trading despite the court cases make no mistake about it, had they ...more

Easyoasy, I think some financials are ready for filing if not for Tyrone Daum's continual court actions and false accusations that: The audited financial statements and Form 51-102 F1 management's discussion and analysis for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2016, be set aside for containing errors and misrepresentations with respect to International King Jack Hydrocarbons ...more

Sorry Ceiba you are assuming that the accusations are false. If they are false and as you say financials are ready for presentation why were they not presented to the exchange? they could have been presented as the BoD said they would and any contesting of them could have been done after publication. There is  imho no smoke without fire, the dealings of Gorrell Chan et al need to be brought ...more

Well, was there since, near the beginning, they got what they paid for.  Owning 80% of TWE would mean a lot more shares of PTR outstanding.  The math is correct, those clowns need to go back and read up on all news release and financial situation at those times to know that everything is as it should be.  The TSX is not responsible and does not refuse what financials a ...more

Again Ceiba you are incorrect the TSX suspended PTR for failing to submit their financials in the correct time frame, company admits to that  in their News release dated 2017-04-11,   Petromin Resources suspended by BCSC   2017-04-11 16:35 ET - Cease Trade/Suspend Company   A cease trade order has been issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission on April 10 ...more

Ceiba, I got my real name here for you, nothing to hide. It's not hard to do just a little research. If you want to send me your e-mail, I can personally send you a copy of the Province of Alberta corporate search for Far East Oil & Gas Ltd. it shows Ross Gorrell and Robert Curr as directors and Petromin holding 100% of the shares (so I am pretty confident I have the right Far East ...more

Mr. Daum, Good to know an honest and hardworking man. I’m not as details oriented as you are and prefer the use of gut feeling when investing.  Here is my take on some of your research results. Far East Oil & Gas Ltd. was incorporated back on December 22, 1997, as an Alberta Business Corporation.  After a while, many companies cease to have any business activities and are left ...more

Looking at the rating, it seems that someone doesn't like to hear the truth.  Just to clarify, the incorporation of Petromin Resources (Asia) Ltd by EE, I think, was intended for holding of PTR shares, but the timing and regulation requirements altered that deal and ended up with PTR and EE each taking on a 40% stake in TWE.  Afterward, it was EE’s ability in raising capital ...more

Thanks for the claification of what you think Ceiba Companies are incorporated to do many things. One for example, would be to open a bank account ?  Can anyone please show me in the Company Financials where the $500,000 government grant got deposited or accounted for ?
