Question for Ceiba/BCGreen

Can you tell me where PTR`s new office is located?

From all those recent activities, there isn't anything that can't be accomplished from this location: 416-602 11 Ave SW Calgary, AB T2R 1J8

So we now appear to be operating from the CEO`s private dwelling , is that correct?

"Lots of famous companies started out in their garages and basements." You are 100% correct in that staement Ceiba , unfortunately this company that was at one time a Teir 1 company is regressing back to the basement , not coming out of the basement . My bet is even more on the delisting now . all the books and records in the CEO`s house nice position to go private from IMHO. How are ...more

FYI, that's the address of their lawyer, and as for books and records, there are more than enough at sedar.com if you care to study them.  Like I say that this is actually a good strategy until all lawsuits and arbitration are out of the way.  It should be long now.  Ceiba out!

You taking a bet on delisting Ceiba

With all the litigations, the company definitely is in regression, unable to have anything else accomplished.  Perhaps it's only me not wanting to see the arbitration award that current shareholders entitled get deceived and traded away on rumors of a possible delisting.  But I would think that we should get an arbitration decision before the company gets delisted in another 10 ...more

Ceiba with all due respect, the day to day running of the company is the responsibility of the BoD,  that includes the preparation of all documentation i.e financials etc. they have singularly failed in their duty to do so . Why did they allow the company to get into the current situation , down from teir 1 to our present situation, there is no logical reason for this , their handling of this ...more

What exactly did the company accomplish between March 30, 2017 and Sep. 29, 2017 when there was NO LITIGATION going on ? Must be hard to find an auditor that going to try and explain the errors of the previous auditor that they themselves could not account for at an AGM ? Money can't be a problem, the BoD certainly seems to find it for lawyers.
