I found this on the Winston & Strawn website.  Think the arbitration must be done. Acted for a Canadian oil and gas development company in a US$1.8 billion arbitration against a major Chinese oil company on disputes arising from a coal-bed methane (CBM) and shale gas production sharing contract. Note the past tense used?  "Acted" Where are

How the heck can we find out the outcome,I have alot of useless shares!!

Thanks Ceiba for this find; I hardly visit this very much.    Like Alkyd have quite a few shares, which are of no use to me not trading.      Is there a way to find out what the outcome was ? HR

There is little information to be found.  From all the investigations and readings, assuming the case is done, days between last day of hearing and award could take another year.  So, next spring?
