Production ...

I don't think the market understands that this company has existing production of 300 barrel/day .. WITHOUT either of the High Impact Cory wells coming in!  NAV has to be close to
.30 just with the existing production and reserves :)  Better than that, the company has a development program in the existing field area which could take production up to 1000 bbls/day .. WITHOUT Cory. :)

Add either of the Cory wells coming in and this thing is north of a buck .. closer to $2.00 than $1.00! :).  And remember, both of the Cory exploration wells have a half dozen development locations around them .. If the first one works, these are almost P1 reserves .. what does that make the company worth!

Go boys go .. these things take a bit of time to drill complete and test but give these boy a bit of time and we're north of $2.00 IMHO.

Have a GREAT one all!

The market understands full well.  300 bpd is before 51% royalty and taxes on current production.  And with $71.46 bbl ave in Q4, operating netbacks were a pathetic $10.25 bbl - from that the company needs to pay it's bills.  Netbacks on current production are, putting it mildly, lousy.  That said, Cory Moruga has 15% royalty and 55% taxes, so relatively better terms.   ...more
