Touchstone presentation

If I read the Touchstone presentation materials correctly, the acquisition of Primera Oil and Gas and it's ownership of all assets should value Primera Energy Resources at +/- $.25/share.  I wonder if there is a bid or conversion offer coming for shares outstanding.  It should come at a premium to the current share price of ~30%.  Maybe?
