Perhaps a broker selling out a client to cover exposure in their account. Now bidding and offered 225,000 at 0.25. Perhaps this is a buying opportunity for a quick flip when the price rebounds?

Unfortunately the seller wasn't cleaned up and more sellers and now joining the game. It looks like this is going to drop even further, this company has no stroke to keep their stock in check, it must mean bad news is coming.
