Hi all  Just wondering if you looked at MEGA Graphite website ,  have a look at the  press release from last year and their attempts to push the MID through ,the MID was called of by SER ( Mega failed to meet the dead line )  but I  think and hope somehow that MEGA ones listed will have another go to get ULEY Graphite up and running , which would bring great value to MEGA

deal supposed to be done by April 30/13, but who knows could be longer or not at all. IF it happens then will be  Tier2 Mining Issuer of the TSX Venture as per announcement.  The value is supposed to be 30c per Paramax share, but wouldnt hold my breath unless I was attached to a 400LB Grouper

I did hold my breath first and last time I saw a 500lb. Grouper at the Great Barrier Reef , the charter operater  where feeding it whole loafs of bread which the beast just inhaled without touching the edge of it's mouth . Awesome site .  Back to the real issue , you think it is warranted  to pay a spotters fee of 180k.  for two small tenements that  are MEGA's , I

The MEGA RTO will accomplish their plan to go public with the ability to access funding for another potential run at Uley.  should be interesting.

I am just waiting for the new entity to trade. Trusting that the insiders will take care of themselves and then on to the business of shareholder value. I hold a wee position of PXM left over from decades ago, however the recent postion I sold out before this stuff happened, along with Bridge before it went to the cemetary

The new trade entity will not happen. Paramax pulled a fast one with an investment firm called Salida in Ontario. To make a long story short. Original shareholders of Mega Graphite have voted against the structure as Salida offered a very silly deal. Original shareholder's of Cardinal Expolration who sold their graphite claims to Mega are currrently talking to outside lawyers to take back

Hi  qweasd ,  did you go to the meeting ? if I understand you correctly , you say  salida first offered a silly deal and now they are trying to get back  the claims,  and (Stikeman are they lawyers for cardinal .? )   feeling they could be successful  ?   If that's true we are in the SHeet.  again . Was the first deal between MEGA  and Cardinal
