Ina single move, Telus Health would add more clients to its roster by acquiring QHR than in all of its three acquisitions to date. Its objective of being a seamless provider of EMR across Canada would then be very realistic as it would control nearly 70% of that market plus  strong window on the US Let the bidding begin

QHR also fits the profile of niche players that Constellation Software likes to acquire.
