The ICD-10 coding system has been in use in Canadian acute care facilities for a number of years.  Last I heard QHR's Accuro EMR system was still using ICD-9 as that is what provincial government receiving systems still require.  It would be good to see primary care in Canada adopt ICD-10 as it is a better coding system.  Primary care moving to ICD-10 however likely would
