In your dreams only? What about S,G&A costs, taxes ,etc. . They are paying $21M. A decent return would be $2M hopefully. EMH would not be selling if they had a 50% return. Be realistic. Few CO’s. are showing any profit in the cannabis space.

Verdlite produce right now between 150kg-200kg per month...Let say 2000kg/year or 2M grammes... All include cost to qrow around $1.80, sell between $3/$5 depend the strain(cultivar) All major investment at St-Eustache allready made... Valuation of building $3M, plus Quinto acquire all products done/in process (value?)

At full production, Verdelite will be able to grow +-700kg/month or 8000kg/year (8M gr.) Do your maths and your DD

Probably a reverse split coming (like 2 for 1) Could be a PP at 25c(just my hope), like that, +-100M shares after the deal

My information tells me that they can reach 10,000 KG of production per year. I imagine they will be more specific in a future press release.

700kg x12 months 9600kg Said 8000kg, don't like to be to optimist. 42M shares at 25c add 10.5M 21M just add 5.25M and less pressure on price, less "cheap paper", don't be to greedy, Quinto didn't trade often over 10c if you look past 5 years...better for "Future is green"

I used the figures for 2018 as a basis. It's crazy that production costs have doubled in two years. But the sale price too. I am of the opinion that a PP around .25 would be a good move, I will probably invest more. But not a reverse with only 43 million shares outstanding.
