QMC APPOINTS GEORGE DOUVELOS AS INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
QMC Quantum Minerals Corp. has appointed George Douvelos, BA, LLB, as director, replacing Alicia Milne, who has resigned.
Mr. Douvelos is a seasoned barrister with extensive commercial litigation practice. He began his legal career in South Africa after earning his law degree at the University of Johannesburg. Mr. Douvelos is a member of the B.C. and South Africa bar associations, and in 2021, was recognized as a national leader in commercial litigation.
The board would like to thank Ms. Milne for her assistance with the company and wish her all the best in her future endeavours.
Marketing
The company announces it has entered into an agreement for marketing services with MMP Munich MiningPartners GmbH based in Germany. The marketing services include management for on-line marketing campaigns, co-ordination of marketing initiatives, and maintaining and optimizing ad-word campaigns. The company will pay MMP Munich an aggregate fee of $13,500 for an initial three-month term.
MMP Munich operates as an arm's-length service provider to the company and, to the best of the company's knowledge, MMP Munich does not have any equity interest in the securities of the company.

Its objective is to locate and develop economic precious, base and rare metal resource properties of merit.
