why the QMX BoD has accepted these crasy offer ???

I encourage all shareholders to complain to the Canadian Securities commission of this being a bad deal. I have emailed them at: [e-mail] This offer by Eldorado is an example of a major Shareholder doing whats best for themselves and the hell witht the minority shareholders.

Here is the email I sent: I am a minority shareholder in QMX Gold Corp.  Recently the Board of QMX agreed to be acquired by Eldorado Gold.   I have included the announcement.   I feel that the minority shareholders are being unfairly treated by the offer.   QMX announced prior to the acquisition that it had increased inferred and indicated gold

I agree this is a bad deal for small retail shareholders, these deals usually are. The retail shareholders get sucked in on financings, good or bad, to pay for drilling and get " shafted" when the drill results end up in a take over. Make no mistake Eldorado knows what is in the ground on the QMX property, their style is to find a cheap junior with huge potential then take a 20% stake in

Chadio  I agree totaly with you in this ELD pattern to grab at cheap HUGE quebec discoveries  I hope the OSC will not let it GO . I am asking me what others BIGS are thinking now ; 03 mining , Probe , Sprott !! their SILENCE is very strange ???

......this is the third takeover I have experienced in Val'dor and they all went through......when O3 took over Alexandria Minerals there was one counter offer from Agnico-Eagle, who previously purchased a portion of the Alexandria property, and that offer was beat by O3 and Agnico walked away.......I hope QMX retail shareholders get something better, but........

Sir, I hate to agree but you are right.  The little guy always gets screwed in the end.    I wonder why the Securities commission does not take any action.   This is outright fraud.
