QMX holders will still receive 0.30/ share regardless of tanking gold price, correct???I.m bidding at 0.25.

jovica ? ELD will have to increase their offer ! not reducing ? at.0.30 it,s less than with ELD shares at 0.45 CASH I will let it go for quick END of these saga. ( an other bad dream on the Qubec GOLD.)

The final price for the QMX shares that Eldorado will pay depends on the ELD stock price.   If ELD stock price drops so does the value of QMX shares.   The 30 cents payout was based on the price of ELD at the time of the offer.   We will get some cash but we got screwed. I encourage everyone to vote against this offer.    It greatly underestimates the value
