Press Releases Don’t make Sense

A couple of months ago the Company states it has a break through technology.  They then state the next step is a financing

Then, the Company states that due to market conditions the Company cannot get 7 cent financing.  I guess they couldnt get 5 or 3 cent financing?  Was this really a break through technology?  If so , investors should be lining up, especially considering the field 

Now they want to lock in shareholder value with an announcement in a few months That value can only mean selling assets /being taken over. But they couldn't get financing   If the market says your product is not good enough for a lousy $750k financing while being associated with a University and a loan from the Govt for 250k. Why would one want to by the assets?

Something doesn't add up

Because the market believes that if they give these guys 750k.  The money will just disappear without any results. And I have to agree.it's like this.... You can have the best product in the store but if there's no employees available to ring it up on the resister then it's useless. now if that same product goes up for sale and I can take that product and put in my own store with ...more
