Ask yourselves...

... why did the Board not resign enmasse? BTW there is only one (correct) answer.
Comment by Magus22 on Nov 24, 2020 11:28am
Please enlighten me with the answer as I have no idea what your talking about.
Comment by AbNormAl on Nov 24, 2020 12:15pm
I can't blame anyone for being pizzed, but some here have implied that there is nothing going on yadda yadda. If so, why would any Board member hang around? Because they enjoy abusive emails? Because they enjoy working for nothing? Just to say they are on a Board of a piddly venture company? Because they enjoy being involve in a company with absolutely no upside for themselves? Because they ...more

The answer is : currently assesses various strategic alternatives for a recovery plan of the Corporation in the best interests of its shareholders Also consider that the board members is just a past time for them as they are all +55 years probably already retired and getting pension from either DND or fortune they made with another venture

Reply to your first paragraph - Good, you can read. Reply to your second paragraph - Really?!?! That's what you got? Great that they all have the same "hobby". What were the odds? Gawd.
Comment by AbNormAl on Nov 24, 2020 12:51pm
Lastly, who's buying? Other hobbyists?
Comment by Stonehouse97 on Nov 24, 2020 1:08pm
Lol...all the same hobbies..brilliant! Yeah..still waiting for the mass resignations...

Yes being part of a board of directors of a cie is an end of carreer thing, ex politician, ex ceo, ex etc. It is the CEO and management that drives a cie and they are none now....

You sold at 3 pennies. Tech itself is worth more than current MC that's all the reason I need to hold. Certainly worth more than the IPO price. As usual we shall see, I'd rather be in down here than out.
Comment by luckyluc on Nov 24, 2020 1:52pm
Perhaps Rousseau will be able to sell this to DND at a high price ? Gov is pouring money all over these days......
Comment by AbNormAl on Nov 24, 2020 2:03pm
If you are referring to me, I didn't sell @.03. Did sell two largish tranches equating to roughly HALF of my holdings for not much more than .03 though. Sold for a few reasons not all of which were QNC driven. Point is that the bids immediately materialized after my sells so what does that tell you? From my current point of view, my sells were likely wrong, but I dealt with the info known to ...more

I don't have any skin left in the game but held this stock for the last 2 years.  I got out after that horrible news release.  My worry is that the company runs out of money - they have to be operating on fumes right now...  No money = not making the listing requirements for the exchange...  The next halt might be for that reason.  I'd rather walk away with a ...more

Why bash you, simmerdown? You have a super valid point in that this play could go to a cent or even less. Seen that happen on more than one occasion, sadly. My fear was that the whole of the Board could have resigned directly after the pp fell off. What was preventing them? Nothing! They don't have skin in so they can walk at any time unaffected. Bye bye. No legal reason to stay so with no ...more

Nicely explained Ab ! U resumed it all the last 4 years of QNC. Nonone knows what will happen and if there is still need for such a chip given that all is going cloud nowadays. R&D and go to market are not always successful. Just kept a few thousand shares in case something happens to cover my lost sold the rest for 0.035 cent which is about the price is hovering since the past 3 days
Comment by Magus22 on Nov 24, 2020 4:39pm
No offence Ab but you have been the the rosy glass dreamer since day 1,  so many stories about how they had things lined up just waiting for patents.., all kinds of M&A that never happened and even last week about another potential company getting  involved which is all caca. You thought I was foolish  when I told you jcp would be gone before the end of the year then miron as ...more

Also I personally believe bashing managment in the open and calling them on the BS even though it's negative is better then pretending  everything is great. I want managment to know to know their sh!t stinks
Comment by Munger on Nov 24, 2020 5:18pm
Farmer seems to have a lot of success talking to Management.  Im not disagreeing with your close up shop in 3 months but it doesn't explain the huge volume of buying. Based solely on what has transpired we should not be trading at such a "high" share price
Comment by simmerdown on Nov 24, 2020 6:50pm
Munger, it's a knee-jerk reaction.  I'll bet most of those purchases are not new shareholders...  They're current shareholders who are averaging down.  Eventually, those purchases will die off cause current shareholders will stop supporting the price.  Finally, the volume and share price will start to decrease.  It's hard to sell a stock that had so much ...more

I guess a fair comment re: "rosy glass", Magus, though I take do take some exception to the term "dreamer" that followed, but have it your way. I try to do my homework at least and then put down significant coin when I assess the proper risk/reward - which I obviously found favourable here. No, didn't work out well, but so it goes in this risky game on the venture which is ...more

Actually I did sell a majority of my shares in the teens right after the last AGM. I still have a decent sized chunk left incase a miracle happens.   And it's not about crying and b!!ching everyday it's about giving managment a kick in the a$$ showing them we know what's going on and its time to get up and do some work because.... ya I KNOW they have nothing for the past 3 year. & ...more

And it's not Personal Ab you always seems like an honest guy to me atleast give me credit that I respect you enough to answer you in a conversation unlike this Qnc managment your defending.  Here an idea Why don't you call them and leave a message saying you want to make an offer for the company and see if they call you back.  If they don't call you back then you know ...more

I think we will know way before 3 months either way. Volume and Bids will tell the story. Merry Friggin Xmas or maybe just Friggin.  If we close shop, then this would imply Bertrand's  invention has no use in the market place   Quite a polar opposite of just a couple month ago where they stated they were in Pole Position.
Comment by AbNormAl on Nov 24, 2020 10:51pm
In the interest of being consiiliatory, broadly speaking you have been right and I wrong. QNC has been a terrible investment and management has certainly played a major role. Regardless of what JCP did or didn't do, CFO PM backed us into a terrible corner. As for calling them under false pretense, I won't. In my earlier post I stated why it made sense to me that there is already a deal ...more

Doesn't have to be false pretence offer them 50k for the patents.  I'll go half with you if they agree. You can be CEO. Lol hey you never know.
