The company has not filed financial statements since june 2020, it will be a cease trade order tomorrow i  think.

Yes they are 3 months late since march 2020 and no more CFO to fill it. Trade will cease soon IMHO

Luc the finacials were filed up until the end of August so the company was not behind. Oh and the recent finacials have been filed on Sedar. Not that there is much to see. So there will not be a cease trading order.... at least not because of that.
