Francis been with Soundbite as CFO and now CEO since 2016/2018.

HOWEVER, Now.. stay with me...

As of today, on SoundBite's website, INTERIM CEO is Ashkan Haghighat. "17 years of experience in Capital Markets and venture investing with a focus on the healthcare sector." Interesting, no news release to explain where captain of this smooth running ship went? 

Where is Francis then?? OH YEAH! He's the majority holder of our board of directors who has mysteriously vanished from a SUPERTSTAR private company. A company that would need cutting edge security to scale it's device to serve it's highly sensitive market. A company with Health Canada and FDA approval and would need BIG CASH from the public market to scale activities, acquisitions, etc.

Well done Boomer! Perfect fit for a RTO I wonder what the value of that would be per share? Tough to get an estimated valuation from SoundBite's website but this could be fairly lucrative for us longs!

Looking at the high volume in past week it may very well be that the reverse take over is well in progress and that they became the majority share holders already.....qnc is about to change name
