I didn't get one. The info I have is from this board only. The fact Maliricy is so quiet and is friends with Magus along with Farmer going quiet would point to this being true. Stock continues to hold.  If tue then boy did Sextants influencer ever get it wrong buying a million shares above 15 cents

IF a financing is annouced , the price has to reflect the average of the last 90 days , for that reason they will wait to have decent valuation.

There is no such rule. The financing can be at whatever the price the company can get. Obviously a company should want to get it as high as possible but there is no 90 day rule.
