After the PP, the float now consists of 100 and something million shares. All the new shares that were issued are subject to a hold period of 4 months plus a day. So, the 40 million issued in the PP they can not be traded until mid May. 
Yes I was contacted, and yes I participated. Why wouldn't I. I love the company, I've been a shareholder since 2017, I continue to hold and I can tell you that unless the price skyrockets between now and May (close to $1) I will not be selling any shares. I think the potential is far more than .30-.50 or even .60 cents a share.

You sure were lucky to participate to this PP at 5 cents that is not a surprise, i knew just by your writing and i am happy for u! How can someone refuse such an offer ??? I would have put $30k personally at such a discount

But don't hold your breath here thinking all is going for the better. They still have a long way to go, their cmos may proven to lack bandwidth performance...in technology there is nothing guaranteed, nobody will want to sacrifice bandwidth performance in favor of an encrypted traffic, we are in a gigabits world now not megabits anymore...future will tell maybe qnc will diversify his product

Lucky, you are absolutely right. QNC's technology, assuming it works, is only amazing until someone comes out with something better. That said (and I'm not the smartest cat on this board) all we hear on the news now is another company got holes, more government info was stolen and so on and so on. This sector will be very hot, companies will be spending boat loads of money securing

Yes QNC will definively need some speculation based on some nice PR because so far the PR was pretty mediocre....all they were able to PR so far was a prototype running on a piece of breadboard in a lab somewhere with mediocre performance and they seem to have struggle getting it together to work...the european patent discussion were pretty bad too....maybe they can get a cie to try their cmos and

I second this.  Been here since early 2017.  I'll say it again....   I believe these patents are worth $250 million market cap.  With 140,000,000 potential shares (includes the 40,000,000 warrants), that puts shareprice somewhere around $1.50 fully diluted. With 40 Million warrants, that equates to an extra $6 million in cash that the company has potential to access if
