Former management had always wanted a royalty/licensing deal for the tech....  New mangement is in process of actually partnering with firms to get the tech operational and take it to market.  Not sure what the ultimate direction of new management is just yet, but I am of the opinion that the company will be either partnered, or taken over before $10.  Maybe even before $5.  At
