My guess is either short covering or some bigger Investor Groups want in.  Ask on Level 2 is pretty thin.  If someone wants to buy $30k shares of QNC, it goes to $0.30 cents pretty quick. FI4

Brin and Page paid a visit to Yang (Yahoo) for advice before they had a live product. Google was a later stage concept as we are.  Established Yahoo could have, at very least, taken a big chunk for very little coin. Every so often a new mouse traps really does work. Fingers crossed. No, there is no product at this time.
