Several reasons.the most ominous being there might be something seriously wrong with the Comoany. Laying that aside for now the real reason IMO are as follows.  1.Huge Warrant overhang 2. massive tax loss selling 3. Recent Bellido  presentation and unveiling of USB which didn't go over well with Investors 4.  Bellido trip to a Europe. Something happened there which

Why do you think there is something seriously  wrong with the company? and what do you think is seriously wrong with the company?. the technology works they have four patents it looks like in over 20 countries and they applied for another patent in october. Just quickly google how hard is it to get approved for a patent its not easy and you have to have a working invention that stands up

I said putting aside that there is not anything seriously wrong with the Company. For a Comonay that has break through, proven tech , one has to wonder why insiders have not exercised their warrants or bought in the open market. If their first product is not revenue generating by Q-1 , after 2 quarterly delays, we will not see much increase in share price. IMO.

Bellido has been clear. The best scenario is for the company to be bought out. It currently operates as a one many army which is a major Achilles heal. I'm hoping Penny is correct that we have more news come down the pipe and 50 cents by year end but unti bellidi exercised his Warrants I don't believe that is possibe          Where's Farmer?

Do the rules against insiders trading with non public info apply to warrant execution by insiders? If it does then if there is news coming down the line the CEO won't be able to trade shares/exercise warrants if in possesion of non public info.

Blackout periods for insiders have always been bull.  People have posted about this for years as to the reason why Insiders can't buy
