any theories as to who or what is behind all the buying buy fidelity clearing? how many millions of shares are they at now?

8.1mm shares average $0.33. I would think institutional.

Depending on the rules of the firm some institutional investors can't buy a stock below $1 or $1.50 or $2 etc etc even if they like the stock some can't buy penny stocks at all.  On the flip side once and if QNC hits those price milestones several institutions can start buying, futher adding to share price apperciation. Anyway whoever it is buying at Fidelity they can only buy 4-5

Forgot to add if there is institutions buying QNC they will have to report their ownership even if it is less than 10%. Q2 ends March 31st so maybe we will see some instutions added as shareholders on sites like MarketScreener. Most info I can  find says instutions that have over $100 M in assets have to report holdings within 45 days after a Quarter ends
