The Company also has a 23% ownership interest in OncoVent, which is developing antibody-based immunotherapeutic products for cancer in the Greater China territory.

Not sure if tQPT have the funds for a lenghty legal battle with Canaribio in court. QPT have little revenues. Hoping that Canaribio will eventually provide some money (cash) which would help.

Frankly this situation QPT put themselves in could have been avoided with proper negotiations
