Yes, Pierre did respond to my email as follows:   "I can report that the shares of OQP that are payable to OncoQuest have not been issued yet by OQP.  So, OQP has approximately 78.7 million shares outstanding currently and OQP plans to issue another (approx.) 80 - 90 million shares to OncoQuest.  So, in total, there will be (approx.) 165 million shares of OQP issued in total
