Has the deal gone through?

QPT didn't PR anything about recieving that 1% $1.75 million payment if the deal/merger  was not completed by Feburary 24. Korean regulator had until April 14,2022 to sort this out. It's 12:15 pm April 14 in Korea right now.  The stock is up 30% in a week. Is this finally the end of this long process?
