Bankruptcy

Any of you investors with more knowledge and experience than me have a clue where this ends?

I've unloaded many shares at a loss but I still hold a few.

Do venture companies like this just sometimes "disappear"?

Read the Financials.  They wre very close to profitability but recently have widened their losses, but still -$0.01/share.  IDK what the last financing was for, but $0.35 will be resisitance now...,
