Looks like they are indeed cutting costs and focusing on their bigger clients. A fundamental keys to business is to service the better clients and cut the rest as 80% of revenue comes from 20% of the clients.

I have not had a chance to read through these yet...

If that link doesn't workn then I don't know but I won't try cutting and pasting again that just made a mess...
