Guys livewell is not an rto target. It has gone through CPC process. Why do you keep talking about it?

I am not sure how you are so certain it can not be Livewell and Percy street ? Says a newly incorporated subsidiary of both companies is possible . I

That’s how a cpc works.   Livewell gets amalgamated with Percy street and they change the name to livewell foods.   Once that is done it’s a public company.   There is no need to rto with another company makes no sense.

We have no idea if Russell even has a target yet.  It could be a long time.  Maybe the vote will shed some light on the situation.

From my conversation with Hugh, a week or two before he became CEO, there was no target in the short term but definitively the goal is for a RTO and the experience in M&A makes me believe they will achieve their goal. As for the AGM, there's no agenda yet. They just needed to proceed with an AGM but no plan in the short-term for a RTO. Be patient, I plan on buying on dips, wheter RB goes

Sebspeed. Just to confirm . Hugh told you that RB doesn't have any short term plan for an RTO? Have a year or two time horizon. Does that come from Hugh or is that your feeling? Thanks

Sorry for the confusion BigPop. He told me that there were no transactions that were considered, that he was aware of (that was 2 weeks before he turned CEO). And mind you, even if there was one, he wouldn't be able to tell me since it would be insider information. Then I asked him about his timeframe. He said ''There is no timeframe that he was aware of''. The 1-2 years time

Sebspeed can you clarify what you believe a dip is also? Do you think we are currently riding a high off the medmen hype? Do you consider grabbing shares at .025 a dip? The majority of the money is holding its shares. That level two is nothing more then a bunch of tools trying to swing trade 500$ at a time. No real money is being traded through this thing what so ever. I unloaded 200k shares one
