THats old, smith sold most in February and has 900k left. Someone was dumping around that number at 0.025 I thought maybe it was him.

He owns 948,800 shares currently. He disposed with over a pre tax gain of 60% . Can't really blame his company for selling...

The real question should be, when did Smith buy? you really never know people's reaosning for selling shares. It could be a capital loss he wanted applied to his taxes or he is leary of the current political environment and wants to stay liquid. The reasons go on. My point being is I wouldn't worry about it too much. What is more important to me personally, is a new director buying shares
