Livewell News Release

https://www.sedar.com/CheckCode.do

Livewell selling 10M units at $1.00 for gross proceeds of 10M to complete phase 1 of Artiva buildout, as well as, advance construction of the 100K sqft Pontiac project in QC.
Future = 540K sqft in Ottawa + 1M sqft in Quebec.

Hugh = Future CEO of RB ---> Current Director of Percy Street ---> Percy Street owns Livewell ---> Livewell owns Artiva. This is still my best guess. If the 3 cornered amalgamation is between RB/Percy/Livewell... with Livewell eventually having 1.54M sqft of cultivation space, with Artiva currently having a deal with Canopy (WEED), then we are easily looking at a $2.00 - $2.50 SP.

Just my 2 cents (not financial advice)

A CPC process is can already be considered a three corned amalgamation after the qualifying transaction based on the share agreement. Percy/livwell is the qualifying transaction. I though you were saying you did not think the qualifying transaction was going to go through. I’m not trying to be confrontational, I just don’t understand what you are saying.
