It's difficult to say. If it was a typical release stating "the company is not aware of an material change that would explain the recent trading activity", the release would have been out and we would be trading already. Because the release has been delayed, it kinds of hints to me that sonething is happening behind the scenes and they are wordsmitthing a press release that will be

We can all only speculate, but here are my 2 cents: A "not aware of any material change" message would have come without the need for the halt. My understanding is that companies do this proactively, because they are always under genuine pressure to stay within the regulations. Sometimes they know there must have been a leak on good news, but the "not aware" releases are a way

Excellent post.  Glad to be long RB.H. Looking forward to news and the June 4 annual general and special meeting. It's premature to think there was a leak. Savy investors may just be taking a position ahead of the special meeting and the volume/momentum just carried over to draw in the penny flippers and pump/dumpers. ShellsRFun69

Yes, speculation of a leak is just to round out the theory. Who really knows at this point what is happening behind the scenes. I know one thing; I am happy to have this stay halted, as these days good news in the marijuana sector seems to either go unnoticed or actually result in a price drop. I don't want to cause a ruckus here but sometimes iroc wants to track down insiders to see if they were selling. Also,probably a little tsk tsk about last news release announcing financials.rb stated in release that as of dec 31 they had 3 mil cash.  In financials buried very last paragraph was subsequent event- end jan/18,paid out 3 mil to record holders as of Jan 17 Hope this turns out

Its nice to see all of the RB bears come out of hibernation. Welcome to the bullboard once again. Congrats to those that got in before the halt. If you read my post "connecting the dots" you know my stance on this shell company. We'll see what happens in the following days/weeks.
