I couldn’t resist the urge to comment on Cindy’s red flag we are all pumpers comment .... This is a clean shell , non existent company waiting to become a new company pending an upcoming  IPO buy a team that has a reputation for closing deals with reputable companies .... I guess we could entertain the idea that Russell Breweries may have made crappy beer at one point so we aren’t so positive
