... offers are being taken out or pulled. It's a good sign for longs as appears somebody wants to accumulate some shares. 

Watching and waiting patiently for the annual general and special meeting agenda. And some news before would be a nice bonus but not counting on it.

Don't listen to me though. I am a novice investor.

If in fact RB is destined to be an RTO for a weed stock then it makes perfect sense to get the deal done well before August.
