... on a positive note, there is no plans for a rollback ...

... which suggests to me that Hugh doesn’t want to dilute his 15.74% stake and roll back his 13,708,900 shares. I like it alot. Some moreboffers have ahowed up at 3 but bids at 2.5 cents are also slowing building.

Excited to see what is instore for this shell. Wish we could figure out the timing but for now, all we can do is be patient and trust High has big plans for this one.

Donmt listen to ne though. I am a novice investor.

... go to www.sedar.com and read the agenda items for the AG&S meeting and the details behind the resolutionsthat will be voted on in the Management Information Circular. There is no mention of rollback in the agenda items thus meaning a share consolidation is not currently inbthe plans for this shell. Don’t listen to me though. I am a novice investor. ShellsRFun69

Thanks. Yes I read it but not seeing them categorically state that there is no rollback planned leads me to believe that any decision on that would come with the details of the RTO when that happens. I do still hope that your right. Time will tell. Cheers.

... the fact that a rollback is not in the cards at the AG&S meeting is a positive. Could it still happen? Of course, but we avoided it so far when it would have been a simple resolution to put forward and pass. If I was Hugh holding almost 14,000,000 shares, I would want to avoid a rollback as well. I hope he can structure a deal to keep the current share stuctire in place to give existing ...more

I see what you mean now. Yes. We dodged the rollback bullet at this meeting. I know a couple of months ago the idea of an mj company was being tossed around as the most likeliest candidate for this RTO. Considering legalization could be as soon as August I was wondering if you think this will be a quick deal. Although anything is possible but I don't see us holding this shell for a year if in ...more

I wish the .03 wall would be released soon ....I can’t understand why it’s been kept at this price and would want to sell?? Is it possible for a shell to be a take over target it’s desirable for market makers to keep it low, or the shareholders of the beer company are selling all their shares ?? I just keep expecting it to run any day now .

TD paints the stock at 3 when the bidders shy away. TD needs to keep unloading to you boys. I wonder why?

SURE. At 84 million shares it doesn't leave much for r/s. Even if one was in the cards it would be minimal.

As mentioned by rahtid, there are new articles to be voted on at the meeting. Schedule B, article 9.2.2 gives the directors the right to consolidate shares at any time. Option plan is changing as well. There is an order to these shell companies. Cheers

... yes, they can consolidate shares. Every company can. Either with or with out shareholders approval depending on what their articles of incorporation say. My point is that the meeting would have been a prime time to resolve to consolidate the shares so all shareholders had a say. But they decided not to consolidate at this time. Is a consoldiation of ahares possible in the future. OF COURSE IT ...more
