If they have a deal why are they keeping it from shareholders? I feel this company does not keep shareholders in the loop at all. Currently holding 100k shares.

I completely disagree, at this stage (as a shell status), they have been a lot more active with their investor relations than a lot of small-cap active companies. During a halt, you'll never/rarely see a company communicating with his shareholders. I think that they really didn't file their financials. I don't believe they are working on a deal (which I hope I'm wrong). It can ...more
