It is a company that needs to remedy the exchange listing deficiency before shares will be reinstated for trading. ... I have plenty of stuff to keep me occupied. my V.EUK shell should be reinstated by end of July. And I am busy accumulating shares in another company that I feel is going to be a minimum 10X’er by calendar year end. I appreciate your opinion Shells, but I stand by what I said, the risk has not changed. The financials were not filled in times and now the shell is halted because they are not pursuing any business activities. A shell is nothing more than a bet... you're betting on the management to find a business to proceed with a RTO. Simple as that. Wheter it's trading or not, Hugh is still working

... the NEX (.H) board is a place for shell companies to maintain their listing while the look for new businesses. So why would they still be suspended because they are not looking for new business. Sorry but if you think the risk is still the same now that the company is suspended as it was before he halt, then you are sadly mistaken. I believe Mr.Notman has incentive to address the listing
