NEX board regulations
Russell Breweries in on the NEX board , hence the h on the ticker symbol ( rb.h )
Prior to the launch of NEX by the TSX Group, companies that could not meet the TSX Venture Exchange's continuous listing criteria were designated as "inactive" and given 18 months to either meet the listing standards or be delisted
Mr . Notman has stated he doesn’t want to be delisted . I’m not sure how long we have been on the nex board but I have been holding this stock since Feb. and we have been on the NEX board at least that long ....
So we have to have an RTO , within the 18 month time period

Enisa, we have been on the NEX for almost 2 years. There is no time limit to have a transaction made. Russell can stay on the NEX indefinitely (or until the rules change), so long as they keep their financial filings up to date.
