Notman is not done accumulating shares. The last vote allows him to get free shares as compensation. This is not over so we wait.

any guesses on what share price will do any any circumstance of positive deal news? best to sell the news or wait for "rights" to be announced upon a deal to see if its worth holding onto durning the new company going live? I know this is asking really far out on a perfect situation but just wodnering the game plan for those that have been waiting here for 2years. Cheers

the stock gets halted, the qualifying transaction is announced and once everything is filed we open under a new name. What that share price will be is anyone's guess.
