La Mancha is an investment company primarily involved in the gold industry. It is currently the largest shareholder of Endeavor, Golden Star, Evolution Mining, Altus, and others ... Most of its assets are located in Africa, including West Africa and Mali.

This company is established in Luxembourg and is owned by billionaire Naguib Sawiris.
La Mancha Holdings announced on July 26, an additional fund of 1.4 billion dollars to take advantage of new opportunities.

What's interesting ... At the 2019 annual meeting, Mr. Cohen told us that Mr. Sawiris was a very good friend to him. On a trip, Mr. Cohen explained to Mr. Sawiris how the operations of the Nampala plant worked and the tremendous financial results that came with it. Astonished, Mr. Sawiris reportedly mentioned the following sentence: "Don't do anything without telling me ...".

Considering that Robex currently has big ambitions, I believe that a financial partner will be necessary to ensure the growth of the activities. If, for example, Robex purchases the African Gold Group, more than $ 150,000,000 will be needed to build the plant on Kobada and perhaps a few million more to cover monetary compensation. In this context, I believe that La Mancha could take advantage of this event to become a shareholder and an important support for Robex. Mr. Cohen is a growth-oriented investor and I am sure Mr. Sawiris already sees this as a tremendous opportunity.

At the moment, both the purchase of Kobada and the arrival of Naguib Sawiris are only theories. I have often called the AGG buyout the perfect marriage and believe that La Mancha's financial backing and minority stake in Robex could be termed as is.

The end of August will mark the expiration of 15,000,000 AGG options, the end of the vacation period and possibly the release of a DFS update for Kobada. Afterwards, I hope that my theories can be concluded.
