AGG just raised $3.5MM Phil. Assuming they use $2MM for drilling asking price for AGG has just gone up. Cohen needs to make a move soon or he's going to lose out.

Given RBX is a one project entity with a marginal reserve I don't agree with your statement that RBX is a gem. RBX needs AGG and then it would become a gem. Not sure RBX will have the financial wherewithal to get Kobada into production though, especially if they keep doing special dividends.
