Borne2run (or Dennis) is incorrect in reporting the recent filings that Danzik just became aware of computer in storage.  There are documents from 2015 that show the RDX and its management not only were aware of the storage facility, but approved and paid for the storage and moving the items in question to the storage unit.

Courtreporter is attempting to confuse the issue.  In 2015, Dennis may have been aware of a storage facility, but, as per his affadavit, Dennis was not aware of the storage facility allegedly used by one of his employees to make subpoenaed documents magically disappear.
